THEA 1110 - Introduction to Theatre
Credit Hours: 3
This course provides an overview of the purposes and organization of the theatre and allied areas and the functions of all of the jobs related to a theatrical presentation. Students will examine performer, director, designer, technician, dramaturgy, and “front-of-house” operations and the theatre as a profession, and will learn about professional organizations and securing employment.
