Accelerated Master’s Degree Option: MBA


The Accelerated BS to MBA Program allows eligible students to earn both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (all concentrations), Accounting or Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in less time. This streamlined pathway provides students with the skills to enter today’s workforce or to attain professional certification while developing advanced management and leadership skills. Students should consult with their advisor early for eligibility and course planning to maximize this opportunity for career advancement in today’s dynamic business environment.

A maximum of 12 credits may be applied toward fulfilling the requirements for both the bachelor’s and the master’s degrees. The credits are to be earned during the senior year of the undergraduate program. The four MSBA courses listed below will count toward both the undergraduate and graduate degree
requirements: 

  • MSBA 5110 Organizational Leadership and Behavioral Dynamics (aligned with Elective)
  • MSBA 5600 Marketing & Brand Management Strategies (aligned with Elective)
  • MSBA 5400 Business Environments (aligned with BSBA 4420 Business Ethics and Corporate Accountability)
  • MSBA 6000 Strategic Management (aligned with Elective)

Accelerated Master’s Degree Option: Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Risk Management


The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), combined with the 4+1 program, offers a unique pathway for students to earn both a bachelor’s degree and a Masters in Cybersecurity and Risk Management. Students complete 12 graduate-level credits during their senior year, which count toward both degrees. This program provides a strong foundation in business management, leadership, and organizational behavior, while also equipping students with advanced knowledge in cybersecurity and risk management. With the growing importance of data protection and risk mitigation in today’s business environment, the 4+1 program prepares students for leadership roles that require both business acumen and expertise in securing digital assets. Students will be well-prepared to lead teams, manage projects, and safeguard organizations in an increasingly digital world.

The undergraduate students will take the four graduate courses listed below for a total of 12 credit hours during the senior year that will count towards theirundergraduate degree and towards the MCRM degree:


• MCRM 5900 - Cybersecurity & Risk Management
(BSBA 3000/4000 Elective)
• MCRM 5910 - Security Operations, Assessment & Testing
(BSBA 3000/4000 Elective)
• MCRM 5200 - Management Information Systems
(BSBA 3000/4000 Elective)
• MCRM Elective - students may select from list of available MCRM electives
