NURS 2208 - Nursing Care of Adults II Credit Hours: 6 Lecture/Lab Hours: 4 hours class, 6 hours lab per week Nursing Care of Adults II is designed to assist students to use the nursing process to address common health problems of adults. The nursing roles of care provider, communicator, and teacher are explored to assist individuals to promote and attain health. Clinical, laboratory, and simulation experiences enable the students to implement evidence-based patient-centered care using nursing judgement. The student is expected to integrate and use knowledge and skills acquired in prerequisite courses.
