Credit Hours: 3 The purpose of this course is to help prepare students to assume increasingly responsible leadership roles of empowerment in their personal, professional and academic lives. This interdisciplinary, student-centered course focuses not only on significant theories of empowering leadership and their applicability to leaders of the past and present, but also includes substantial hands-on, experiential learning opportunities in which students practice empowering leadership.
Prerequisite(s):ENGL 1102 (with a grade of a “C” or better) and BSBA 2209
