PHED 2201 - Introduction to Sport Management

This course introduces students to the sport industry, the wide range of career opportunities in sport and the economic impact of sport in America. This course includes both the theoretical and applied dynamics of sport management, and topical areas includes political management, operational management, marketing management, event management, staff management and risk management.
