MGMT 3390 - Organizational Behavior Credit Hours: 3 The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the problems of human behavior in the organizational setting and the approaches available for solving these problems. Students will examine theories of individual, interpersonal and group behavior in organizations, and will follow this with considerations of how organizations may be designed to utilize the talents of the individuals, and how managers may make use of the theories of motivation, communication and interaction in accomplishing the objectives of the organization.
Prerequisite(s): BSBA 2209 , BISM 2800
