NUTR 1155 - Farm to Fork Credit Hours: 3 This course introduces the social responsibility of production of natural agricultural products meeting the growing public demand for healthy, organic, and whole foods. Students will examine the issues related to the economic prosperity of farm-to-fork concepts and marketing strategies of local farmers. In addition, students will be educated on food systems, food sources, the advantages of buying local, and environmental protection of food sustainability.
