The Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) provides students with skills and experience necessary to enable early careerists, middle or upper management professionals advance into progressive leadership positions in healthcare organizations. The MHA degree focuses on healthcare policy, administration, effective financial management, quality oversight, leadership strategy, organizational dynamics and data analytics to improve safety, clinical processes and outcomes in all aspects of care delivery. Analysis of the healthcare continuum components includes regulatory oversight and compliance standards as well as effective business strategies. A pathway to earning a nursing home administrator’s license is an option in this program which is 100 percent online.
