MSBA 5720 - Project Management Essentials
Credit Hours: 3 Credit Hours
This course introduces students to project management principles. The course will focus on the Knowledge Areas and Process Groups identified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and contained in A Guide for the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Topics will cover managing the domains of people, processes, and business priorities of professional projects as well as agile project management methodologies. Course aligns with the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Elective Course
