BSSL 3800 - Leading Strategic Innovation and Change Initiatives

Credit Hours: 3
This course instils creative leadership competencies to perceive, analyze, and execute innovative solutions and positive and lasting change to address complex organizational problems and issues in the rapidly changing business environment. Students embrace the role of a strategic leader to inspire innovation and catalyze change, create and sustain organizational alignment, and invest the time and effort to align stakeholders for success when implementing innovation and change initiatives.
