CRIM 2246 - Criminal Evidence Credit Hours: 3 This course covers constitutional and procedural considerations affecting arrest, search and seizure, post-conviction treatment; the origin, development, philosophy and constitutional basis of evidence; kinds and degrees of evidence and rules governing admissibility; and judicial decisions interpreting individual rights and case studies. The primary focus is on the case study approach.
