HIST 3319 - Recent America Since 1941


Credit Hours: 3
Examines America’s emergence as the leading world power. Topics to be explored will include World War II at home and overseas, the origins, rise and fall of the Cold War, the rise and fall of the liberal consensus, civil rights, feminism, Vietnam War and the anti-war movement and the new conservatism of the post-Nixon years.
