Admission to Associate Degree in Nursing

Admission is granted on a first come, first served basis once a file is complete and space is available. Based on academic credentials, students may be eligible for concurrent admission to the BSN program. Students must first apply and be accepted into Fairmont State and complete a separate Nursing Program application. Additional documents needed to be considered for admission to the nursing program include TEAS scores and, as applicable, an LPN transcript and LPN license verification.
